1. General Refund Policy

Refunds may be considered in exceptional circumstances, such as a significant error on our part, non-conforming goods agreed in writing, or if we are unable to deliver an agreed order. For prepaid orders, refund and cancellation terms are set out below and may also be specified at the time of agreement.

2. Cancelling or Rescheduling Orders

If you need to cancel or adjust an order:

  • Advance Notice: Please notify us as early as possible so we can manage production schedules and material commitments.
  • Cancellation Policy: Deposits for custom manufacturing may be non-refundable once materials are purchased or cutting has begun. Specific terms will be stated in your quotation or contract.

3. Prepaid Orders

If you have prepaid for goods or services:

  • Before Production: If you cancel before production starts in accordance with our cancellation policy, we may refund the amount paid minus any applicable administrative or material costs, at our discretion.
  • After Shipment: Once goods have been shipped and accepted per the agreed specifications, amounts are typically non-refundable unless there is a documented quality defect or error on our part. We will work with you to resolve valid claims where possible.
