We provide apparel manufacturing, wholesale supply, private-label programs, quality control, and related trade services as described on this website. The specific scope of any engagement will be confirmed in a written quotation, purchase order, or contract and may be subject to separate commercial terms.

2. Payment Terms

• Orders: Payment terms (deposits, milestones, and balance due) will be communicated at the time of order or agreement.
• Late Fees: Invoices not paid within the agreed period may be subject to late fees or suspension of production as specified in the invoice or contract.

3. Orders & Cancellation

Orders should be confirmed in writing. Cancellation and refund policies are set out in our Refund Policy. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion where necessary.

4. Location & Service

We are located at NO:1A / 3 ESKIBAGLAR MEVKII HALKALI MERKEZ MAH. CANSU SOK., KUCUKCEKMECE, 34303 Istanbul (Europe), Turkey. We serve retailers, brands, and trade partners domestically and internationally. Additional terms, including shipping and customs responsibilities, will be confirmed when you place an order or sign a supply agreement.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will we be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or our services.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You irrevocably consent that the courts of Istanbul, Turkey shall have jurisdiction to resolve any dispute arising in connection with these Terms, subject to any mandatory provisions of applicable law.
